Personal
It's such a long time, so long and so much had happened, both good and bad. First off is the holiday I had right after exam. What a relief on that day, even though the paper was hard everyone was smiling and laughing. Then I was thinking of celebrating but I couldn't coz 2 close frens of mine went to the place I swore I would not go (it's ok i dun blame u).
So I didnt do anything that day, just sleeping my ass off the whole day thru getting some rest. Anyway they took me to the beach the other day and it was great, very very beautiful (like in movie) though we got lost on the way (n some frustration). Playing in the sea was nice and all but as I get older my skin was getting weaker. And soon it was pain all over my body to the point that even walking was painful. There's no one else but me to blame for my foolhardiness in thinking that I was the same guy 5-6 yrs ago. Well, things have changed.
Getting back to Bangkok was uneventful except for the part that I came back with the person I used to like (which is, btw, a good thing). We sat at the most behind seat so we have many empty ones for ourselves. Coz the flight's morning this time I had a hard time sleeping, and naturally it feels so much longer.
I went back to Hatyai a day after I arrived in bangkok, heck the flight was 7 in the morning and I overslept, I almost miss.
Everything's per normal till the 19th November when I went to Singapore to catch the plane to japan with my secondary school mates. Everyone looks pretty much the same since last year that I saw them. Going somewhere like this tgt with some close frens, what more can you ask.
The flight to Japan was 7 hrs. We had a little hiccups at the custom but everything was alright. Anyway our first stop was Osaka castle that I had seen before last year on the trip when I came with my family. Since it was early we din get the chance to went in, instead, we had our breakfast there.
Our next stop one of the shopping district in Osaka. We got there like close to 10 so most small shops weren't open yet. We kept walking and went inside Takashimaya. Boy oh boy people were bowing and saying welcome everywhere!! Literally, everyshop assistant that I had made eye contact bow at me. Honestly, I've never felt like king in any shopping malls before.
But Takashimaya is expensive, everything, EVERYFUCKINGTHINGS are expensive. A nice looking jacket might cost u like 60000 yen which is like S$800. I mean, just one of that alone overshot my pocket money twice.
I din buy anything but 2 of my pals did, it's so nice to alot of money yeah.
We went to Kobe and saw some bridge. I thinking it's the longest suspension bridge or something but I wasn't that overwhelmingly interested. The next stop was some nice shopping places, like a small cozy looking alley strecting for some 200 meters. It was pretty aye.
The first night we had dinner in the hotel (i think it's 4 stars). Like I said, I really like the japanese services. A fine example is the waitress refilling our glass, heck everytime I finished half a glass the girl would came filled it up. I mean wtf even we were fooling around with her (keep drinking n she keep coming to fill it) she still does her job like nobody's business with a smile. In the end we were so impressed that we wanted to give her tips but alas she was nowhere to b found at that time.
I din remember where we went the next day but at night I remembered walking around at night exploring. We had one of the ramen place and went inside the pachinko palour. Man the place stanks with smoke but we were fascinated nonetheless. I think the pachinko people was suspicious of us coz they were following us around keeping a very wacthful. Soon we lost our interest and we went back to hotel.
We went to Kyoto temple the next day and at night went to Onsen with my pals. At first we din want to go coz the place was small. Some of us chickened out so in the end it was 4 of us who went in. Of course I saw all their dicks and all but it wasn't that clear coz the whole room was kinda steamy. The water was damn damn hot so I got up many times to have a shower.
It was fucking cold when we got out at level 5 of mount fuji the next day. That level of coldness when u got out of the bus u ran sraight to whatever cover u can find. Anyway since we are bunch of idiots at the end before we left we played a "who's the man" game which is wearing one layer outside. Suicidal but true n we did, i'll post that pics once i feel like it.
The 3 last days we spent in Tokyo, the great capital. Foregoing disneyland, we went to akihabara, ginza and shinjuku instead. In the morning we set out. True as I imagined Akihabara was exactly like in all dramas that I watched. Tall buildings with countless electronic shops, figurines, dolls, gundam and afew porn shop. I'll upload the pics later.
We had lunch in the steak house and went to maid cafe after that, which, of course, is what I really want to go see after all these times. Some of the girls were quite cute, I wish my japanese is better so I can joke around and made them laugh.
Then we went to Ginza. Oh man we walked quite a great deal n all the shops were crazy expensive. I didnt buy shit man each shirt is like 60000 yen plus. I love the services though, really really awesome, the best in the world man.
At night we walked around Shinjuku, the red light district. A pimp was trying to get me fuck the jap girl. I knew I want to do it but the language barrier is too big. Besides, I would chicken out at the end anyway. Mayb next time when I become more older and more daring.
We went back the 7th day. Japan was awesome
